Welcome to EVinGhana (the “Platform”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, directory, calculators, publications and related services. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. What EVinGhana is — and is not
EVinGhana is an independent information and directory platform for electric vehicles, charging and renewable-energy services in Ghana. We list businesses, publish research and provide free estimation tools. We are not a dealer, manufacturer, installer, broker, agent or party to any transaction between you and any business listed on the Platform. We do not sell vehicles, energy systems or related products or services ourselves.
2. Directory listings and third-party businesses
Listings describe businesses that are independent of EVinGhana. A listing, and any “verified” indicator, reflects information available to us at a point in time and is not an endorsement, guarantee or warranty of any business, its products, prices, availability or conduct. Any dealings you have with a listed business — including enquiries, quotes, purchases, payments, warranties and after-sales support — are solely between you and that business. You are responsible for carrying out your own due diligence before entering into any agreement.
3. Calculators and estimates
Our range, savings, solar and related calculators produce estimates for general guidance only. They rely on assumptions, typical values and figures you enter, and on market data such as fuel prices and electricity tariffs that change over time. Real-world results will vary. Estimates do not constitute financial, engineering, technical or professional advice, and should not be the sole basis for any purchase or investment decision. Always confirm figures with the relevant business or a qualified professional.
4. Publications and research content
Articles and research on the Platform are provided for informational purposes. While we aim to draw on credible, verifiable sources, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current or error-free. Content may reference third-party sources; we are not responsible for the accuracy of external material.
5. Sponsorship and advertising
The Platform may display sponsored placements, which are clearly labelled as such.Sponsorship never alters calculator results, search rankings on merit, or the award of any verification status. Sponsored content does not imply that we endorse the sponsor’s products or services.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Platform for any unlawful, misleading or fraudulent purpose;
- submit false, spam or malicious content through our forms;
- attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Platform; or
- infringe the intellectual-property or other rights of EVinGhana or any third party.
7. Business submissions
If you submit a business for listing or partnership, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the information you provide is accurate. We may review, edit, decline or remove any submission or listing at our discretion.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, its design, text, calculators and branding are owned by EVinGhana or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution, but may not copy, republish or commercially exploit it without permission.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVinGhana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on estimates, listings or content, or from any dealing with a third-party business.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
